When instead of being practical and doing things you just think too much, you’re overthinking . When you repeatedly analyze the same thoughts over and over instead of acting on it, you’re overthinking. This habit puts a stop at taking action, devour your energy, defuse your ability to make decisions, and puts you in a miserable condition. This type of thinking wastes your time and stops you from making progress in your life. This puts you at a better chance of having anxiety and losing your inner peace. Your mind keeps thinking about an event, a person, or a problem that happened in the past. Instead of taking initiative, you just think about it and cannot get it out of your mind. There are times when something bad happens and you only think about the worst situations, with the thoughts of “What if?” or “why?”. Every now and then you’re slipping into negative thoughts. Every single one of us has to go through this phase at some point in our lives, some of us so-called lucky to have it early when you still have people who look after you, and then some just have to deal with it on their own and trust me it’s better to have it this way because it opens up your mind to a whole new level to understand the situations and it’s not the same when there are people to teach you.
