When instead of being practical and doing things you just think too much, you’re overthinking . When you repeatedly analyze the same thoughts over and over instead of acting on it, you’re overthinking. This habit puts a stop at taking action, devour your energy, defuse your ability to make decisions, and puts you in a miserable condition. This type of thinking wastes your time and stops you from making progress in your life. This puts you at a better chance of having anxiety and losing your inner peace.
